Massage
Our therapists are all certified by a professional order. An insurance receipt can be issued for all massage therapy treatments upon request.

Swedish Massage
The most common type of massage is Swedish massage therapy. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing. Our massage therapist can also add features of a deep tissue massage as needed.

Reflexology
Related to acupressure, reflexology targets physiological or emotional problems using specific points on the foot. This technique would stimulate or soothe organs, systems and areas of the body through the use of meridians, whether based on a traditional Chinese approach, or if it is based on a biological method, by using reflex zones of the nervous system. Reflexology uses the resources of the body to overcome imbalances and promote self-healing.

Lymphatic drainage
Lymphatic drainage, or manual lymphatic drainage, is a gentle massage therapy technique that aims to stimulate the circulation of lymph in the body and thus promote the elimination of waste and toxins.
The technique involves applying superficial circular pressure to the skin using the fingers and palms of the hands. These pressures follow the path of the lymphatic vessels and the direction of the circulation of the lymph and thus allow the latter to circulate better in the body.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is built on several conventional massage techniques such as Swedish, Californian and shiatsu.
What makes it distinctive is the use of heated stones placed on specific areas of the body or in the therapist’s hand that glides them on the skin.
The stones used can be basalt, ceramic or marble stones.
